What's wrong with this picture?

Two weeks ago I had a sticky rear caliper puck, so I disassembled the brakes, cleaned and lubed the caliper puck/piston and slapped on some new pads and rotors. Every thing was great for two weeks, then I smelled the brakes and again it was the same one offending caliper. This time I notices the guide area where the brake pads ride, looked like it was missing some material.

So, I think this why, my one break caliper is sticking. It was hot to the touch gong to work but cool coming home. I thing the brake pad is twisting sometimes and wedging itself.

Anyone agree? Disagree???

Soon as my tax refund gets here, I'm just going to inspect and replace the calipers that look bad along with purchasing a nice brake kit from one of the sponsors.
