Nice. I'm a big war movie fan.

Excited for this.

On a side note I hope this movie helped straighten Shia out. Dude has been on one. Read that Brad was really trying to sort out and guide him a bit during filming.

Wow, that looks pretty cool. Shermans vs Tigers, nice.

I'm not sure there were too many 50 year olds driving US tanks around in WWII, but I suppose make-up can do wonders.

I saw it. It wasn't Saving Private Ryan but it was entertaining.

The Judge with Robert Downey Jr. and Robert Duvall was quite good. Heavy topic though.

I saw it last night. I thought it was quite good. It wasn't pretty. In fact, they didn't pull any punches when it comes to the brutality of war.

The story was more of a character study than an action movie. It kept true to the time and didn't try to make it a glorification of American valor or amazing explosions. This may make the movie something less than expected for some. But it elevated it to something more than just another war film, in my opinion.

I saw this last Thursday at an early screening. I never though tank action could be so exciting ! The movie also builds the characters well. I thought the guy from Walking Dead (Jon Bernthal) nailed his role. They all did very well except Logan Lerman. I thought he was slightly unconvincing in a couple of scenes. I give it a 8-1/2 out of 10.
