Maybe once a week, it's good but it's hard to stay full on pho. I feel like once I burb, I will have to eat again.

Good stuff when done well. The broth is key.
I have a good broth recipe but it's pretty prep intensive so I don't make it too often.

I'll look for it on my tower, not on my laptop.

By far the best soup possible... second to New England Clam Chowder

The broth is key, but you need to have a good amount of sliced beef/tripe/tendon in it as well. I always order extra sides for a few bucks (along with an extra quart of the broth) when I pick some up. Bean sprouts, meat, and basil are a couple bucks extra. Liberal on the hoison and sriracha, don't be shy with the thai chilis either. Thats how I like mine

I have heated up the broth in the morning instead of a cup of coffee/tea before. Great way to start off the day
