Service engine light codes p0172 and p0174

This is very weird combination for service codes please help

p0174, lean right cylinder bank IIRC, may be a dirty MAF. Real easy fix; go buy some CFC MAF cleaner and spray it down. Even if it isn't the fix, it's still good for the car.

I attached two images in regards to the trouble codes. Cleaning the MAF would not be a bad idea, however I am not 100% certain that will be the "fix" to the issue(s).....
