Located near Toronto, Ontario.

This is a one family owned car from new. It has seen very little winter use (this winter and two months of last winter) and there is no rust anywhere on the body. The underside is very clean. I have taken it to crown the past two years.

I have done all sorts of preventative maintenance since I have owned it. It has been a very reliable car. Last year I completed a 15,000 KM road trip across the United States (including the entire Pacific Coast Highway) and it performed flawlessly and was a joy to drive on the windy roads.

Extras:
-17" 5 Spoke wheels (some curb rash, nothing too bad) with Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec ultra high performance summer tires (installed June 2011, good for another 1 possibly 2 seasons)
-17" BMW steel wheels with Michelin Primacy Alpin winter tires (bought used with about 15K on them, good for another 1 or 2 seasons)
-Dice Mediabridge with Bluetooth and iPod/iPhone hookup (Integrates with steering wheel controls, will also work with Android).
-BMW Performance Carbon Fibre strut brace
-BMW Performance Air Intake
(both the intake and strut brace are for sale separately. I will take $500 off the price of the car if they sell.)
-ZHP Weighted shift knob
-Silver interior trim wrapped in carbon fabric (looks similar to ZHP trim)
-Three full sets of floor mats (OEM carpet, OEM sport rubber, Weathertech liners)
-OEM Euro style tail lights, side markers and front corner lights (I have all of the original lights. One retaining clip is broken on a side marker so it doesn't sit completely flush)
-I have a Stewart EMP (by far the best waterpump for the e46) Waterpump and OEM coolant overflow tank (not yet installed)
-BMW Roof rack with double bike carrier (very solid and versatile)

The bad:
-Windshield has 3 chips (I had them filled two years ago)
-Drivers seat has some cracking on the lower bolster and a small seam on the upper bolster.
-Somebody swiped the drivers side of the car and there is a scuff and shallow dent between the door and fender. The paint is not broken. There is also a dent on the rear passenger door caused by a door in a parking lot.
-One piece of the shadowline trim came loose and there is a small gap.
-DISA valve may need to be replaced soon (there is a slight rattle noise from it)
-Front of the car has many fine stone chips
-Shift boot has some holes in it

I have enjoyed owning this car but am ready for a change. I would consider trading for a Turbo Miata or a nice E30.
