Just bought 02 vert

Hello all! As the title says, I just picked up my 02 vert and I literally couldnt be happier! I actually bought it from a fellow post member, (http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=966426) just this morning. Car is everything I wanted and more. This is actually my 2nd bmw. I previously had a 745 but this thing takes the cake. Anyway, thanks for having me!_a_

very nice. i'm in the market for an e46 vert too. Man i've only been away from the M scene for a couple years(and these forums) and i'm dying to get back!

Thanks all! Snik, that was the first thing I said when I saw the car, those tips are the worst! Problem is, there actually welded on the muffer. So there is no way of getting rid of them. Im actually thinking about either grinding that part off with a angle grinder, or using a small drumel grinder to cut those ugly a** tips off from the inside.

Any recommendations on what I should do about that are more than welcomed!

Dude do it. They're sooo hideous. That one fender had a thread selling some nice tips.

They're that bad dude. Not sure what ole boy was thinking when he added those rocket thrusters. Lmao.

Grinder it is. The exhaust sounds sick, so I really dont want to get rid of it. I better pick up some extra diamond blades on the way home :-)
