Bumper Fitment

Someone backed into my front bumper recently, and now I am having slight issues fitting now. I removed it and replaced it, and I found a clip on the passenger side front tire mudguard that attaches to the bumper that is cracked. For the life of me I cannot find it on realoem. I took pictures as below. I dont think that could be the full extent of my problems however. On the drivers side the bumper tip extends maybe a centimeter into the wheel well. Anyone had a problem like this and fixed it? I have completely removed & replaced the bumper three times now, and its the same every time, so that (hopefully) rules out error on my part. Is the bumper just bent or could there be something else?

Oh, and does anyone have a good DIY to repainting plastic parts... Like a bumper...
