I figured this could be a fun thread

Post your pic and a pic of what you'd like to look like one day...or close to it lol

Me now at 177

Hard to choose ideal but something close to this with a little less bulk. I know it would probably take me a good few years and a ton of food for anything like this to happen. Not even sure if it's doable. Dude is beast though.

I'd want this guys pecs....

...and this guys quads (..I like his shape/sweep, and I can accomplish that naturally)....

Simple.. as I think it's reasonably realistic if I continue to work my @$$ off...

Obviously need to put on a lot more muscle...

IMO that pic is a little overrated. People don't realize he was about 6' and 155-160lbs at like 6% according to some.. IMO that's pretty small. The low bf just makes it look like he's a lot more muscular.

As for the pic, with my build, the 6-9% bf isn't at all unrealistic.. I just need to bulk up in the muscle department

You can easily post a shirtless pic without boxers showing. I know you don't like working legs so I'll understand.

This client maintains a low body fat at all times but choose to cut some fat before Christmas. First picture shows conditioning shortly after a lean muscle gaining phase and second picture shows conditioning after the cut.

When this client told me that he was "closing in on his goal" of achieving a physique similar to that of Brad Pitt, AKA Tyler Durden in "Fight Club", I told him to gain some fat, start smoking, get into a fight, and stop training his arms and shoulders. (The implication of that being that he had already surpassed his goal.)

ideal physique? thats easy. adrian peterson. the dude is a monster. Im white though, but Id definitely need to get to 220 at about 6'1". slabs of muscle. gonna be fun to get there. Food on food on food.
