I finally found another physique that is ideal for me:




I like his overall proportion, and it's something that is achievable with another 8-ish lbs. on my frame, and more focus on arms (..which I hardly every focus on).

My Ride: 04 TSX daily, 01 M3
HOLY CRAP. M3INLINE, if we were waling on the same sidewalk in opposite directions and I saw you walking toward me....I'd cross the street. Dilla too!

I'm 5'8", 180lbs. I need to lose a lot of body fat and my severely sprained ankle is not helping me any. But my ideal physique would prob be Jason Statham from Transporter 3

Statham is in good shape. You can get there darkside. Are you still keeping up on your cardio despite the sprained ankle?

No cardio dood. Well the bike and stairmaster. But can't run, still hurts too much. I'm starting Paleo tomorrow. I'll admit that I've not read too much about it on here (so I don't even know if a thread exists) but a couple of co workers have done it and have gotten results.

Lazar Angelov, not sure if he is natural or not. I need about 15lbs to reach that goal.

I'll post my pic once I take one shortly. I gained few lbs in the last couple of months @166lbs.


I wonder why in any of his pics he never shows his legs.

That's a naturally attainable physique. He looks good!

In that pic he's just dehydrated, slightly pumped and the pic is PS'd. I'm still going with natty.

I'm a little bit on the lean side naturally but trying to gain a bit. I ran track (800 meters) and trained with the xc guys in college so putting on weight is kinda tough for me. I have cut down on my running post college significantly, but I will still do an easy 3-5 once a week. Do I need to stop running (distance runs) completely as running kills muscle? My situation is a bit unique because like I said, I'm naturally skinny.

If you want to put on any significant muscle, I'd dial the running down. Running leans me out way too much as well, so I stop running completely when I'm trying to put on weight (..unless I'm running 40's, 100's or 400's).

Would like to maintain my juice physique naturally. These are from summer 07, last time I touched anything. I'm actually not that far away now, just a lot lighter.
