For your ideal physique. Or any other fitness/health goals you're working towards.

I think I'm doing pretty well for a lil skinny mofo.

The side ways kinda view is from oct '11. The front shot is like 2 weeks ago. More cardio now vs then. Then it was all lifting minimal cardio. Now lifting is pretty much only on weekends.

I'm working on loosing about 5-10 more pounds, then to tone. I also need to supplement more (vitamins) & work on cardio. I eat a lot of fish, vegetables, and some fruits. I love steak & ribs, mmm. But I don't eat enough red meats (for protein) so I supplement with a protein shake.

My motivation is the fat fvck I see in the mirror and the girls I'm not balls deep in. I honestly mean it, regardless of what I know I think I'm fat as sh!t

Have you guys considered losing some of the muscle if you feel too large?

Just look at Chase, there's no way you could feel fat if you looked like him.

Lol, that's not an option. I can't stand a lack of muscle either. It makes me feel unappealing, not masculine and not like a proper man (no offense to anybody). I would rather have a little fat and a decent amount of muscle than neither.

I was just saying before that i nit pick my body too much. Even minimal fat bothers me, but i know that really it's not that bad.

I can agree that sometimes it can be too much for the layman, but for body builder types it fits the bill.
