streaming audio with android

I have a galaxy s3 and wanted to know the best option for playing audio through the factory bmw in dash screen.? I want to avoid aux and ideally would like to use Bluetooth. Is this possible with factory in dash screen.

I use an aux port that I built and wired into the back of my factory radio into the cd changer port.
The sound quality of that device is good. It's the cheapest option, so obviously not going to be better sound quality than other options... For the price and features, it's the best sound quality. Hope that answers your question.

Well I wasn't looking for cheapest option just a option I didn't have to change our the factory display but not use aux. Thanks for your help.

These are options. They will become very expensive to have installed as the BMW factory amplifier will need to be interfaced properly. Be sure to take it to a technician that understands your requirements as well as the BMW requirements.
