Galletto Issues

I've been trying to get Galletto working across four different devices at the moment. Will be trying with another device tomorrow.

Issue:
Upon connecting either the Galletto cable using the bundled software, or daniel_f's K+DCAN modded Galletto software, I return the same result. ECU data returns dots, and trying to read the ECU returns an errore invio data1: -2

I have not found any information on this anywhere (specifically the error). I have found some information regarding the dots, but nothing solid.

I have verified with daniel_f in the MS43 thread that my cables are reading correctly in Device Manager i.e. as COM ports

Only thing that I can think of at the moment is that Galletto and/or the drivers aren't playing well on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, as that is the only similar thing between all the systems I've tested on so far.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Have you tried using a different set of FTDI drivers than the ones included in the galletto packages? I.e. have you gotten the cables to work with any other software?

Good and bad news!

Used the Galletto software on a Windows XP Virtual Machine (Using VMWare Workstation), and I've got a bit of progress! I can read the ECU's information, but I can't read the actual 64kb file

Last update. I've got another set of drivers I still need to test on Windows 10, but I have got it running and working with a VM running Windows XP Pro. Had a look at the .bin with daniel_f's .xdf and realised I still have much to learn
