Ugly foggy lenses 328i

As you can see my front lenses are very ugly and look old, i would like to know if theres anything homemade i can do to make them look new... Please

For the foggyness check the back of the headlight to make sure the seals are good.

If you have 1500+ sandpaper, polish, and an orbital polisher you can try that. I did it in the fall and they turned out great.
