Multi-Vitamins?

I've habitually used GNC's Mega Men Sports for the last 5 years or so. I notice a measurable difference when I don't take them.

With that said, what does everyone else use? I find that the GNC's aren't that expensive as long as I purchase them with the gold membership (first 7 days of the month).

Is there a better alternative? Whether it be a similar product but cheaper, or an improved product but the same/more expensive.

Opti men, best I have found for the money. Cheap at Amazon or bodybuilding.com

I feel so sharp using them as if I got head from a smart chick.

I've been taking GNC's AMP Strength Multivitamin packs... they aren't cheap though (like 50-60 bucks per month)

Any thoughts? Waste of money? http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...593185.4005864

If you like it and it works for you, that's what matters most.

With that said, never buy those packs from GNC. Ask the store clerk for individual bottles of everything and it will be much, much cheaper in the long run.

Edit: I just briefly looked up the components of that vita-pak and for roughly $100 you could have a 90 day supply of the items listed. To buy that vita-pak for 3 months would cost you $210.

Mine isn't green, but it's definitely a strong yellow. It comes from, among other things, the xxxx% daily value of B-vitamins in multi-vits. A persons body can't physically absorb that much, so it pisses it out.

ON Opti-men or Controlled Labs Orange Triad. I am on OT now, and I love them - take 2 at breakfast, 2 at lunch, and 1 after workout...Works great.

What exactly do you mean as works? I take them just for overall health. I don't know if they physically do anything.

I'm pretty pessimistic with supps so I thought maybe it was just me. Sometimes I'll forget them and the only reason I remember is because my piss doesn't look like mountain dew

5 pills a day? I thought 3 was annoying.

I definitely feel the difference when I'm taking multis and when I'm not. I just have more energy when I consistently take them, I feel better when I'm at the gym, and I noticed I rarely get sick when I take them.

Just can't stand the neon yellow piss.
