it wasnt too bad. You need patience and a lot of elbow grease. Even with the correct cutting, your gonna need to push the mirrors real hard when screwing the screws into the mirrors. Definitely recommend a buddy to help you. If you have any questions, just shoot me a pm! I'd be glad to help.

I hear M3 mirrors are a real pain in the @ss. And +1 on color matching your xenons to the angel eyes!

Great progress! Whos retrofit guide did you use for the mirror? RE? What did you use to cut it with? I want to finally retrofit my mirros.. also let us know the fitment when installed! Thanks!

I decided to go with the pure white color only because im going with yellow fogs, and the retrofit was a pain in the butt

I used the rogue engineering diy for the trimming of the base. But for the screw holes i went with the diy on the forums by one of the members by only trimming a corner of 2 screw holes on each. Definitely will upsate you guys i left them at the shop to get painted.

nice! Glad you got those m3 mirrors cut perfectly. I put my stock sedan mirror gaskets into the m3 mirrors to keep the wind noise to a minimum. You'll need to do some cutting there too
