It could be a gimmick for all I know, but I feel the increased concentration and I rarely drink coffee if I'm taking one. By the way, this has caffeine in it, so it may not be for you if you're looking to kick caffeine.

ZMA's hmm
Slightly deeper sleep and possibly more dreams. As far as gains/etc, likely nothing. ZMA only really helps people sleep a bit better

ZMA is over hyped for test boosting. There is little evidence that it does anything more than make you sleep better. Dont expect it to raise your test levels.

you guys realize lots of supplements are naturally occurring in foods if you eat right, and way cheaper + a lot more benefits

yes. thanks but sometimes things like whey + dextrose are more convenient than chicken + rice peri-workout...... or getting enough fish oil to have a good effect would mean eating ooooodles of fish.(or swallowing a couple pills). same goes for zinc.....i like almonds but not that much.

yeah im talking outside whey / omega 3s / and multivitamin (even majority of multivitamin you just sh*t out anyways)

things like amino acids and glutamine
