Foggy lenses- New headlights or not?

I need to replace my headlight lenses. I'd also like to add angel eyes. Just wondering if I'd be better off getting new lenses and a set of angle eyes or these new projector headlights with angel eyes already installed? http://www.ebay.com/itm/1999-2001-BM...006016&vxp=mtr
Or are they total junk?

I really like the black housing as opposed to the factory silver. Thanks for any input!!

None of these are oem just get lenses and set of angel eyes.

123 Shift, your best bet is to just replace the lens and put in a set of rings. This will be the most cost efficient if you are handy with your own tools, check out the Bimmian site or send me an email erik@bimmian.com. I think we have both these on sale - new lenses $132 USD and WiessLicht LED rings $149 USD, I'll get you free UPS shipping as well.

I'd like to do projectors because i really like the black housings. Seems like it would be easier to buy the all in one eBay light as opposed to buying lenses, projectors and angel eyes, installing them and then painting the housings. Anyone have experience with the eBay lights that can vouch for the quality firsthand?
