Question Possibly Faulty Dynavin D99 Android Unit?

I've had my D99 for a couple months now. I had to re-install the ROM multiple times just to get the WiFi function to work and 2 more times after that before it would successfully download and install apps. Currently apps install but will not launch (and have never launched as this is the first day I've actually been able to get the apps to download and install). Beyond this my touchscreen is absolutely terrible, so much so that its nearly unusable. I've done the calibration in both the android and the regular side of the system with both the stylus as well as my finger just to see if one method would work better than the other. Often times it will select an icon half the screen away from the one intended and scrolling is nearly impossible, it selects immediately rather than scrolling unless initiated just right with the back of your fingernail. Are any of you other Dynavin Android users experiencing this? Is it just something you live with owning these units or is mine sounding like a bad egg? So far I'm extremely disappointed in the unit and am regretting my purchase, however if working properly I'm sure it would be the best unit I've had to date. Any insight is much appreciated!
