Cruise in 2 Weeks....
I call upon the fitness fanatics of E46F to help me design a workout/diet to tighten and tone as much as possible in 2 weeks.
I know that I cant get ripped or 6 pack abs in that time but just tighten up a little. Currently I'm 160lb, 6'1'', average looking build. Just need a good burner style workout that I can do for a couple weeks before jumping into a swimsuit this year on a cruise to Cozumel with the woman. Let me know what you think I can do!

yeah I probably should add that I regularly workout anyway. just looking for an ass kicking workout and lean diet to tighten more. I know that 2 weeks isnt much time, and a "month" may be what it takes to see serious results, but I dont need much, just want more.
what did you end up doing?

What about insanity? Or something of that nature just to kill yourself for 2 weeks. Then just don't eat any food and you'll be set.

haha! I do have the insanity workouts, and that was in my plan for sure for the workout part. Just wondering if anyone has done a 2 week boot camp with diet and exercise and whats worked.
I get it that right now Diet>workout since I do workout regularly already, I just need the muscle to show through more, especially in the ab area (of course).

Take a baseline picture today. That way whatever you do in preparation for the cruise, you'll be able to compare yourself to today; otherwise its super hard to notice a change you'll be happy with.

I think P90x ab ripper would be good to do like 4 times along with a low calorie diet, some medium intensity cardio and low weight/high rep exercising to tone the body.

6'1" at 160?
I remember being 6'2" 170 and that was eating disorder thin.

Mind sharing a pic with us so we have an idea? It sounds like you could actually benefit from putting on some lean muscle mass. If you don't have a lot in the first place there isn't much to tone!

drink a ton of water and do hot yoga or jog in a garbage bag lol. other than the effects of that, you won't see any "mirror" changes just scale ones

At least a gallon. Well, scale changes changes means fat is going bye bye so that should be the tighening im looking for.

I definitely think you would be better off trying to pack on some muscle weight man! You're skinny enough that any gains you get will be easily noticeable.
