I take his word for it and I believe him. I don't get too much of a chance to hang out in NYC anymore other than the occasional dinner with wife or friends. Getting tired of the toll hikes and the overprice and underdelivering restaurants.

Going up to $15 $7.50/$7.50 soon. Its god damn robbery. A person living in BK but working is staten island is $15 poorer before they even step foot at work. Meanwhile, the tappan zee actually has holes in it....you can see the water straight through the road. I think the politicians forgot why the tolls were put in place in the first place. Not to mention, the MTA, being one of the most powerful unions in the world...a toll collector for the GW can earn north of 90K. Ok, thread officially derailed.

I was in dumbo a few weeks ago too. Honestly like the vibe in Brooklyn so much more than manhattan. Less tourists, a$sholes, etc. it's more Cali than anything else. Then again maybe a little jaded growing up out east now a California transplant.

Oh btw the baby is dead - rip. op going to rage?

Baby delivered after car crash dies

Quote:
A baby boy delivered by cesarean section after his parents were killed in a car crash over the weekend has died, police said Monday.

The infant, rescued from his dead mother's womb after the hit-and-run crash in Brooklyn, had been in critical condition.

His parents, Nathan and Raizy Glauber, were both killed in the crash early Sunday morning.

Police have said they're searching for the occupants of a BMW that plowed into the cab the couple were riding in.

And guess what the car wasn't stolen either.

The driver of the other car fled and has not been found. The owner of that car, identified by police as Takia Walker of the Bronx, was arrested Monday on insurance fraud charges, accused of allowing someone not on the insurance policy to drive the car, NBC New York reported.

Let's see how racist everyone gets now since e46fanatics get so emotional

People said the car was probably stolen. No one said anything about race. Second of all, the owner of the car will squeal like a pig as to who had his car unless he wants to be charged for the crime and obstruction.

If their car looks like that, I wonder how the BMW made it out of there.
