Does the car drive OK? Like I said at least you could swap coils/plug to rule those out.

It misses pretty bad when it does it. Won't get up to speed. Won't even spin the tires on Ice. I'll swap them tomorrow if it does it again. It stopped after I shut it off for about 5 mins

did you recently have to deal with leaking valve cover gasket? If so check your spark plugs. If gunked up with oil that's your problem. Also try disconnecting your maf sensor and see if it helps

actually check and see if your gas cap clicks when you go to tighten it. Make sure its sealing up right. Lol I don't know I'm just throwing simple things you can check to eliminate possibilities

Yeah I just replaced the cam cover gasket but wouldn't it miss all the time if it was sucking on air? Just not random? I just don't get why it is so random

when I had the issue it was totally at random and never happened during cold starts. the car felt great in the morning but once it got up to temperature, oh boy. you're lucky. my car was actually stalling, mainly if I was going fast, then hit the brakes while cornering fairly quick. it was practically a guaranteed stall under those conditions. my car couldn't find a spot to idle at, constantly moving up and down. although when I did stall, it would start right back up no problem.
