I got 61 today. The set of 12 cleans was really difficult for me. After those, I did singles on the T2Bs and got a single on the cleans.

Got 63 today. I pulled something in my back moving on Friday so I had to do all singles on the clean and jerks. Finally learned to string together T2B so that helped a little but I really wish I had a few more days of resting my back to give it another go. Oh well...

Did anybody else get sore in their quads? I was surprised to be getting sore there (and I wasn't banging the bar off my legs.)

Just browsing through this thread, I think someone juicing is on a different playing field even when they get off, and have been off for months.

On a somewhat related topic, on Monday my gym did a 40 minute workout that was a combination of 13.1-4. It was awesome and I'll definitely be using it as a personal benchmark.

Here you go. You do 13.1 in the first ten minutes, 13.2 in the second ten, etc. You'll finish each in under ten, so your score is the time you're able to rest. If you finish the 13.1 part in seven minutes, your score is three minutes. I got 15:39, but the weight was light (I was worried about gassing out.)

I. 13.1
40 Burpee
30 Snatch

*** @ 10:00 ***

II. 13.2
3 rounds
5 Push Press
10 Deadlift
15 Box Jump

*** @ 20:00 ***

III. 13.3
50 Wall Ball
30 Double Under (sub: x3 singles)
10 Muscle-up (sub: x2 CTB)

*** @ 30:00 ***

IV. 13.4
3-6-9-12
Clean & Jerk
Toes to Bar (sub: v-up)

It was very taxing but I enjoyed it more than any other workout since I started doing CF. My body really responds (and does well in) these ones that are longer at a high, but not max level, of effort.

I'm still not sure what is ideal for me. The longest wod I did was probably around 25 minutes. I did pretty well. One of my best which I don't even know if I could do now was 21-15-9 tireflips burpees. Took about 7:05 or so but I wanted to die. That was last summer.

I've done a few in the 20-40 range and this one was, by far, my favorite.
