I can get up to the 210 on the snatches. But 165 will be brutal after 135 for 30. Obviously first round will be a warmup

Practiced a bit last night. Very confident in 165, but 210 ain't happening. There's also the possibility of it taking me 17 minutes to do 40 burpees...

lol I did 46 in 3 minutes. That's my best. I really need to learn the snatch. I am intimidated by it.

Had you snatched before you joined the CF gym? Just take the burpees slow and steady.

My goal is something like this
40 burpees - 0:00 - 3:30
30 75lb snatches - 3:30 - 5:30
30 burpees - 5:30 - 8:00
30 135lb snatches - 8:00 - 12:00
20 burpees - 12:00 - 14:00
6 165lb snatches - 14:00 - 17:00 (could see myself getting may 8 at most, but that weight is going to feel really heavy by the time we get there.

Awesome. Just saw your log on the cf forum. I know it's used to log but is it kind of understood that no one really comment on those sections? I wasn't sure if my comments from time to time are breaking any unwritten rules.

My power snatch pr is 195. But again, 165 will be extremely heavy at that point.

No, I snatched for the first time maybe six weeks ago.

I watched some videos on YouTube and noticed that the good CF'ers do their burpees more methodically than I was doing mine (mine looked more like the likely reaction of someone yelling "Get down! There's a bomb!") so I've been practicing that.

People do comment in there sometimes. Usually its an all or nothing type thing. Some people will have 10 people always commenting on their logs and other people like me with have an occassional random comment here or there but not much more.
