Yeah it's all about a steady pace with the burpees. That's where people burn themselves out.

I would film it for you guys but my Iphone doesn't have enough space on it. I need a real camera

That's a HUGE power snatch. Do you ever squat snatch?

I got 95 reps. My back and hamstrings were sore today and bordered on cramping several times.

Last night I did 100 OTH KB swings, 200 single unders, about 30 pulls on the rower, and PR'ed on TGU (got 80, failed on 88.)

Dude that goes to show you how elite these fuuckers in the games are. It's insane. They are getting 190-200 reps.

http://games.crossfit.com/leaderboard

Took me a second to realize what OTH was. I call them American. A lot of people around here don't like them.

If I had been fresher, I think I could get in the 110-115 range.

Our best guy got 170. Below him were (I think) 165 and 150 (friend of mine who has been doing CF as long as me.)

I watched the guy do 165. The idea that someone got 34 more than that is honestly difficult for me to grasp.

Thanks. I'm probably going to re-attempt it Sunday to at least hit the 100 mark.

152 reps. Pretty happy with that. Didnt realize how much the burpees would suck the life out of me. They're hard in lifting shoes and having to reach a target.

128 reps. Not my goal but hey I got a goal for next time I guess.

Pissed my judge let me get to 41 burpees in the beginning. I wanted to kill him.

I wonder how I'd do if I knew how to snatch.

Great result, Greg.

I did mine in lifting shoes, as well. If I do it again, it'll definitely be in regular shoes.

The oly shoes or the nanos? I hear those two used interchangeably for Reebok CF shoes...
