Cold air restrictive?

I bought the car with an aftermarket intake already in it and have no idea what brand it is but there's a cone over the filter and I feel as if it does more harm than good. Can anyone identify what it is?

For a moment, I thought it was the Weapon-R Dragon filter, but it looks more like some kind of cheesy exhaust tip.

Dragon filter for reference:

Check the classifieds here in the forums, ebay, or better yet local salvage yards. Should be able to get one for cheap and restore your car's dignity.

Yes, you are bent up.
