Koni shocks are on sales

Just want to let you guys know that Koni shocks are on sales at Bavarian autosport. I waited a year for the discount and finally ordered the Koni sport adjustable shocks today.

Great post, I was literally about to order some shocks. What do you think about these?

I'm guessing they are a tier below the ones you posted?

Ya mine have probably 120k+ on them, so I'm looking forward to a new setup finally.

I've had Koni Sport Adjustables on several of my previous BMWs. I really liked them

I would shop around and check "on the phone" with places like Shox.com before BavAuto. As much as I like them, they are often more costly to use. Places often will price match if not listed lower and this month may be discounted by Koni to all it's vendors.

What other places would you recommend to call besides Shox.com? I've been waiting for the Yellows to go on sale for a while.

I just got my Koni FSD's from thmotorsports.com for 646.60 shipped. They have been on my car for about 4 days and the way my car rides is night and day to what it was. AMAZING is all I have to say!

Watch them for leaks, hope it does not happen to you.
FSD shocks are notorious for oil leaks.

Yeah, they are in such high demand, they could probably raise the price and would still sell. Great set up. Go for it Zell!

Notorious? False. There were some issues when they were first released, but there are plenty of people running these without issue. Lifetime warrenty also.

A buddy of mine gave me a horror story back in the day about koni yellows as well...so I went with tokico illuminas. HORRIBLE shocks. Many years later wish I did not listen to him and put the Koni's on my 1993 Prelude Vtec (oh yea). Probably would have kept it!

No one should hesitate to get the FSD's.

as I suspected, opened up my Roundel mag and inside first page has a KONI company ad saying 20% off during March.
