haha sorry, I deal with medical stuff all day for my lawyerin'. I actually feel pretty rad today, looks like the motrin/heat/rest is making a difference. Hopefully the MRI doesn't say anything that makes me want to jump out of a window.

Results are in for the MRI: Herniated disc L4-5, nerve root impingement

No treatment, no surgery, just told "don't do things that make it worse." Super! I'm about 85-90% better than when I made this thread. I did light weights today with minimal discomfort.
