What do you drink? Beside water

I know most of us in here drink a ton of water. But what else do you drink?
I drink mostly Powerade Zero and Gatorade G2. Sometimes a Coke Zero. Trop 50 OJ. Nuero Sonic sometimes for focus.

Whole milk... at least 3-4 cups worth throughout the day. The occasional green tea as well.

I hated tea and milk as well but tea is very good for your digestion. Try a glass of tea with a spoon of sugar and some milk. It's not that bad.

btw, get off the gatorade/powerade. Shts packed with sugar regardless if it's the zero one

Water and black coffee every morning. Protein shakes but those don't really count (almond milk and whey). That's it, haven't had pop in a very long time.

Beer/vodka binge once a week plus tequila shots.

I started juicing up my vegetables about 2 months ago after watching Fat Sick and Nearly dead. I've been able to discern a huge jump in my overall sense of well being and energy levels. I've even had blotches on my skin clear up.

I don't know if this is placebo or not but I feel like my t-levels have gone up as well (I'm 36 and last time I got it checked prior to this I was at 341). Morning boners are back and the sex drive is up. I can't relate it all to the juice because I've also cleaned up my eating tremendously and cut out drinking from 1-2x a week to once a month or so.

In April I'm going to check my t-levels again to see if I'm any higher.

Prior to juicing I never ate whole raw vegetables. Just sweet potatoes. I would get my greens in here and there but nothing significant.

I'll have a Gatorade if I need to stop in a gas station or something. Chocolate milk in the morning usually, and milk in my protein shake after a workout.
Also drink alcohol on weekends, occasionally.

green and black tea, cinnamon (boil water with 3 cinnamon sticks, add 1tb sugar), almond milk, and water.

In my protein shakes I put some veggies/fruits like spinach, kiwi, banana, etc...

I don't go near soft drinks or alcohol. If I wanna get buzzed that's what pvssy juice is for.

I bought an omega 350VRT. It's a bit pricey but absolutely worth it to me since I hate eating veggies.

My usual juice 2x a day is the following.

3-4 celery stalks
1 lemon (this helps kill the taste of anything bitter)
1 cucumber
3-4 huge leaves of swiss chard/kale
1 cup butternut squash
1 carrot
1/3 bunch of parsley
1/3 bunch of paisley
a little ginger

I'll get about 20z from this mix. I seriously love this juicer so much I want to take it behind the middle school and get it pregnant. I can't believe the difference it makes in how I feel.

I did this one juice found here before I did Fran. I went from 4:45 to a 3:21. Placebo? Who knows. All I know is I'm getting faster, leaner, and feel 1000x better then I ever did.
