Rough Idle for 10 seconds at cold start-up

Hi all... Looking for a little insight into my cold start problem. Very rough Idle for 10 seconds at cold start in the morning. The rest of the day it is fine. Code for heater circuit on lamda sensor that are both being replaced this weekend. I don't think this would be the cause as the car should still be in an open loop status and not relying on the o2s at startup.

New Plugs
upper and lower intake boots
all vacuum hoses and caps
CCV system new
VANOS seals replaced
VCG replaced
Fuel Filter
Cleaned IAC and TB +gaskets
Cleaned MAF
DISA gasket new, Disa still functional and cleaned.

My question's are will the bad o2 contribute to this. Will the the CAI not functioning properly at startup cause very rough idle? Will a Fuel pump cause stutter only when cold if soft failing?

Thanks for the help...
