Hard top on soft top?

Hi, I'm new and dont know much about the convertibles however I love the look of the E46 m3's and this might sound like a stupid question but if I get an E46 M3 Convertible Soft top, would I be able to use the hard top with it?

So if I have the roof down with the soft top, can I put the hard top on?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes, you need to put the softtop into the softtop storage compartment and THEN you put the hardtop on. (your car needs also the hardtop installation kit)

What I mean is the hardtop-preparation kit, not every convertible has it from factory. (nr.2,and maybe nr.3)

I am pretty sure that all the UK verts came with the hard top prep kits installed already.
If you go with the M3 you will want to look for a matched M3 top that has the Shadowline darker trim. The regular tops came with chrome trim.

Try making your own thread. This is not the place for a question like that. Not reprimanding, but you're not going to get the proper responses while hidden in someone else's thread/topic.

Have you tried getting an alignment and checking how much toe +/- you have?

Can you find your CAPS LOCK key? Hit it once, and then type this question in a relevant thread.
