If I got an mtech 2 front I'd want to get splitters too but would be scared to bust them up. Although I drive very carefully.
Do an Mtech II kit with club sport splitters and don't look back. Such a good looking bumper. Don't worry about the height, just take things at angles. If you already drive carefully you won't have any issues with it. Nice looking car. I have a soft spot for pre face lift sedans...brings me back

TRUST ME if I could find a silver OEM mtech bumper for my car it'd be mine. I'm just not willing to settle for aftermarket fitment. And I'm not in a spot right now to spend another $1000 on another new bumper. That's how much the rear was after paint and install and someone hit it shortly after and it's still not fixed :/

A day in the life of my 328i {VERY picture heavy}

Just installed some powerflex fcabs. Minus one stupid problem, the install was a breeze and I highly recommend a 2/3 jaw puller. I tried getting them off without and after 20 minutes of little progress, I used one. Took 1 minute each.
The feel is great. My old bushings were OE but not very worn. However, the feel is nice. Feels tighter up front. There's also more "feel" in the road. I've only put a few miles on them so far. I've got no squeaking on the road. I did experience squeaking in my yard. I took it for a little "bumpy" test drive in the yard to sort out any clunks.

I also took some pics a few nights ago. Here's my favorite one. Let me know what you think Click image for larger version

I got a question for you: the rear wheel on the driver's side seems to be making a creaking sound if I go over a bump or a hole in the road. I feel like it's the spring doing that. What's your input?

Could be a lot of things. It's probably not your spring. Check your rear shock mount and shock mount gasket.
Check your subframe mounts for tearing. It could also be your rtab.
Normally a creaking is metal to metal or a worn out bushing.

Depends on what it is. If the subframe is ripped, no. It's hard and will cost thousands.
If your rear shock mount is bad, yes. That's a pretty easy fix. You really need to lift your car up and take a good look around. If its a bushing, you can sometimes "temporarily" fix the noise by dousing it in wd40. This can help you figure out what's causing the noise. Most bushings will be visibly worn though.

If I pop the wheel off I don't think I will be able to figure out what it is. I'd rather not go to the dealer cause they'll charge an arm and a leg for examination and then to fix it.

You just need to inspect everything that can squeak. Inspect your spring, your bushings, your shock mounts, and your subframe mounting points. Whichever one is making noise will probably be visibly worn
