Smoking makes your teeth and fingers stain yellow.
Your breath smell like death.
Your clothes/home/car smell like an ashtray
And WHO wants to give that up??? Damn

Well, sorry about your pops, but until YOU have tried to quit smoking you have no goddamn idea how hard it is.

Dmax, have you ventured onto any ecig forums and been exposed to the ridiculous complexity of it all?

I've only gotten as far as pretending it's a cigarette and sucking on it. It's helped me cut down already. I've got enough complexity...right now I'm trying to decide on a kit. I'm not getting one of these odd things that looks like you're an alien using it!

I wouldn't suggest to use these long-term ($$$), but they look like a good transition type vaporizer

I haven't tried them, though, since I'm doing 0 nic.

if you truely want to quit you need to occupy your mind with somehting else. June will be 2 years cig free for me. I smoked for 17 years I used an e-cig for about 30 days. It was not the same. Not at all. the taste, feel, movement, it was not the same. I gained weigght in the begining, because I was snaking to compensate , but them I stated eating healthy snakcs so the weight went away.
I quit for my child she occupies my time.

i talked to a naturopath doctor recently and he told me that quitting smoking is actually worse for your health than to continue if you're already a smoker. reason being is that fat cells store toxins from smoking. once you quit those fat cells release the toxins which cause cancer. now obviously i dont know how legitimate all this is and im sure it varies a lot from person to person but it seems somewhat legit. im 25 and have been smoking since 22, bad decision i know but what can you do, i still enjoy it. my dad quit smoking over 14 years ago and hes fine so that logic didnt work for him. now i understand its bad for you, but so is getting hit by a car, and using artificial sweeteners instead of real sugar. i cant stand when people say "its bad for you, youre going to die" sorry i wasnt aware that non smokers live forever. anyway i think im going to try an e cig. see how it works. but for now i still enjoy smoking, maybe ill quit once i have a good enough reason to.

I think you may want to start seeing a different doctor

Yes. I could walk out of my house tomorrow and get hit by a bus and me not being a smoker will not have had an impact on my death...however personally I am going to make decisions in life that help promote my future health, not be a known risk.

Can't ever have enough Marisa!

So, I swear, those 'serious' vaporizers seem so 'alien' to me. What is the advantage to them over the little rechargeable ones. Are these the only type that you can refill yourself, as long term that sounds like it's add up to considerable savings. Are there other reasons for these non-disposable types?

I just need to smoke Mango...out of respect, Mango, maybe a little bit the humor of it! Maybe some day, son, you'll be like me, start smoking, and then 20 years later vape some dmax...I'm working on my flavor right now!

You'd be surprised. There's a lot who use that here in socal. Just wait, it'll catch up in Georgia in 1-2 years.
