What struts would you recommend?

I'm up for shocks/struts and I'd like a nice medium compromise between comfort and sporty, and i'd like to lower her maybe an inch or so just to get a slightly more agressive look without scraping her on all the godawful california turn-ins.

Also, I have at least one spring that's squeaking so would I need to replace that, and if so do I need to replace the other side / all four?

Bilstein touring shocks and Vogtland 15 mm sport springs.

Both products made in germany and carry a lifetime warranty. Plus you get my personal approval

Bilstein or Kony in my opinion, I'm personally getting these for my car.

I've heard great things on them + I like lifetime warranty's.

If you want a drop, then springs at all 4 corners. ZSP is the best balance I've ridden between sporty and comfort (of course, I live in the snow/pothole belt). Drops ~3/4".

sunsetcoast,

What is ZSP and how is it different than ZHP? Thank you.

ZSP = sport package.
ZHP = performance package. ZHP suspension has different damping rates and a slightly lowered ride height.

It's probably not the spring that is squeaking. I'd suspect a strut or a ball joint.

I put Koni Str-T struts on my ZHP and like them. They are like you said, between comfort and sporty. They are smoother riding than the old stock ZHP struts but those had 94k on them. They seem just as sporty to me but I'm probably not the best to judge because I really like a smooth ride more than the firm ride.

You can't change the height without changing all four springs.

That said, what you're exactly asking about is the combo package of Eibach's with Koni FSD's.
I love my FSD's

Sport 330s (and 325s??) and ZHPs get 15mm lower springs than non-sport.

Stinger9, did you go with the Eibach's or stay with your original springs?

Stayed with the stock sport springs that come on a coupe. Only because I did not want to drop my car at all. Already too low for lots of driveways and road defects as far as I'm concerned. And traveling cross country on the road for hours a day, I wanted a good ride.
I have TM H&R sways, so the car is pretty aggressive handling.

HDR cup kits (LINK) ride nicely and are rather popular. ZHP shocks and mild springs and a popular choice for many people as well.

Great shocks for stock or cars with very mild drops.

ZHP and ZSP have the same suspension, no? They are both lower than non-sport package for sure.

Very pleased with my Bilstein PSS, didn't drop the all the way and personally I don't find them to be too hard for daily driving but I'm mostly freeways and flat roads here in NoCal.
