E46 owner via a family member need help, lol

Hey guys so I'm an E46 owner, that is I own or at least I'm responsible for an e46 wagon through my brother-in-law, lol. So I'm actually wondering what else, that is what else needs to be changed, swapped out, or fixed with the mileage that it has now. Here's the laundry list of what I've done so far..

2001 E46 325Xi Wagon ~160,00 miles

Fuel pump
Rear springs
Front control arms
Front sway bar links
Mechanical to Hydraulic belt tensioner
Tensioner pulleys
Thermostat & thermostat housing
Water pump
Water pump pulley
Expansion tank
Brakes pads, rotors all around
Upper lower radiator hoses

I can only think of and i've searched maybe doing the CVV or the fan clutch, hell maybe even the fan, should i do the alternator with this mileage? This thing has so much damn plastic in it, it blows my mind.

What else needs to be done??

On a personal note I don't know you guys keep these things around. Not to bash the 3 series, but I have a 240sx with a heap of miles and it rarely needs maintenance. So it just surprises me when they pack so much plastic on these things that's all.

Please do let me know what else would be good for my brother-in-law as he needs to keep it around for a bit longer.

Try the General E46 sub-forum for these sorts of questions - you'll get a lot of action than here in New Member Introductions.
