Driving home from work then . . .

18 wheeler tire blew out, the tire flew against a van, bounced off then hit the truck in front of me, then it hit me.

All happend within 3 seconds, 5.8k in damages. I was so special 2 tow trucks came to help!

A list of things that were ripped out from the 18 wheeler tire when it flew at me maybe 15 mph, I was going around 65 mph. It could of been worse, no air bags deployed.

-Radiator damage
-PDC wires
-Driver side fog + wires and sensor
-Both front head light wiper plugs and sensors
-Underbody carriage ripped out

List goes on, forgot the rest, no frame damage.

1 month later now just cleaning , runs like new!

My Ride: e34, totaled e46
I totaled my 330i a few weeks ago.

I never thought I would be the one to create an accident.

Luckily I have full coverage and got 10.5k for my 105k 330i

Few cars that we have restored over the years:

96' 318is
Before:

Work in progress:

Minor frame damage:

Painted:

All done:

99' E46 328i

After collision with an elk:

Work in progress:

And all done:

After a year decided to do a facelift:

98' E46 318i

Before:

Dont have any progress pictures, but after a while------

Last one is'nt completed yet, but give it a few months and it'll be done.
Crashing a car does'nt have to be the end of the car, basically everything is repairable

crazy huh? I was on my way to work too. What made me mad was that I had just put all this work into my car. New control arms, heater blower, breaks, cowl, ughhh

I know what you mean I just had put on new control arms and bilstein sport shocks but I know all those on the passenger side are bent and broken.
Car just went to the shop yesterday so that I'm happy about.

Talking She's back

Guys I know it's been a long time but this whole deal was a really big project and in order to get it right it took a long time. I still haven't taken many pics after I got it back but soon I'll take some time out to take better and more detailed pics where the car is actually clean lol.

The lip makes the rims look a bit small so I will most likely be looking for a set of 18s
