Got really bored.. Sharpied my trim.. Not sure if I like it

I know im gonna get some haters but yesterday I had nothing to do so I went to my car, removed the horrid wood trim, bought a silver sharpie and went crazy! I plan on wrapping my trim in CF within the next few weeks so I mainly did this for fun. Not sure how it turned out but here's some pics

Honestly, I like it - def. not something that will be going on mine, but I think it looks pretty slick, very original to be sure.

My opinion - buy the CF wrap and just hold onto it until you get flamed into oblivion for the sharpie work!

I was ready to shudder, but when I see the detail, I think it looks really cool. I wouldn't do it in my car, frankly, but the fact that you did it yourself and it looks nice is worth a heckuva lot.

It might turn into your own personal version of the BMW Art Cars.

Put some clearcoat on it and sell it as a custom piece and see if you can make a living at it!

Thanks man! That's actually not a bad idea, I could have people send me their trim and do a design of their choice for a small price then send it back. If I decide to keep it and no go the CF route, ill put a few coats of clear on it and see how it looks!

You can trade for wood + cash.
You put a design together that really works.

Nice work. I like it. there's a side of me that wants something crazy like this in my e46. It would be cool to have 2 different sets of trims. And change the look up depending on the mood !

Like others, not something I would put in/on my car but it's very nice! Agree about your talent; find a way to turn it into $$.

Nice job! I was thinking about doing that to mine. I know if I get tired of it, I can use a magic eraser and remove it. My eyes are visually attached to my previous AL trim on the 2000 328ci. It was a clean look. The 2004 models have this funky brushed metal with this crazy twirl. I was thinking I could get a graffiti artist to design something.

Thanks!! If you'd like me to do a design on your trim PM me and we can work something out

You are incredibly talented. I'm amazed at the texture in your artwork. The little spheres next to your radio actually look like spheres. Amazing!!

Thanks man! My dad is a visual artist. He's devoted his life to art and has been pretty successful lately with his painting. Over the years he's taught me a lot. I love doing this kind of thing
