Wheel Fit 2003 320i Help

Hey everybody

I want to purchase these 18" m3 or m3 style staggered wheels for my 2003 320i (2.2l v6)

I've found a set with these measurements:
Bolt Pattern: 5x120
Rim Width: 8
Hub Bore:+72.6
Rim Diameter:18

Will they fit my car? I'm currently on all stock, not lowered or anything.
And if these wheels don't fit what are the optimal measurements I should be looking for?
Also what size tires would best fit? (not going for a super aggressive look)

Thanks, what all season tires are good for a mild but wet climate?
