The US surrendering its sovereignty to the UN is an old conspiracy theory. The latest incarnation involves Obama and gun control.

There is no UN resolution that will trump the Constitution of the US. Resolutions simply don't have that power. Never have and never will. Also the US is not required to adhere to any resolution. No country is required to adhere to anything the UN proposes. The UN has the power to make observations and recommendations, but they don't have mechanisms for enforcement.
