Saad Racing 4" cat back Exhaust demo video

Hey guys, here is a video of our new 4" cat back E46 M3 exhaust. This is the biggest exhaust available for this platform. It has a puck that you can remove to make the exhaust louder if that is your preference. With the puck in or out the exhaust has NO DRONE. With the puck in the exhaust is almost as quite as stock but with a deeper tone.

Here are some pictures of the exhaust. Made from 4" mandrel bent 304 stainless. Hand made muffler with heavy duty packing to keep it quite and drone free.

Here is a dyno comparison at about 9 psi. You can see that the car made a lot more power over the stock cat back. We tried to dyno it at 12 psi to compare it to our numbers posted in the other thread, but it made too much power for the clutch. Great numbers for just 9 psi!

Why not just use an electronic cut out?

Wow, yea that's pretty significant power. I wonder how a 3.5" would compare..but hey can't complain with those numbers!

You can, I can do almost anything with it, it would just cost more money and they tend to fail from heat.

Remember, my down pipe is the biggest available for the M3, and that's 3.5". So I could have made it in 3.5" and it would have been almost as good. But the fact that it is made in 4" means that this is the last exhaust you would have to buy for your M3, be it stock or 1200 hp turbo, this is the best flowing exhaust available for this car.

Thanks! I have a video shot from the back of the car while it was on the dyno. When I get it uploaded I'll post it here and you can hear the car at full song

One of our boost activated cutouts on the left side where the disc goes would be a great option !! Best of both worlds.... quiet for cruising and then automatically opens up under boost! Shameless SP plug <<<<<

Saad, very nice product. Good luck with the sales.

I may buy one for my Daily E46 M3 single turbo, if you are willing to sell.
I am not joking, I am building a single S54.

I have two clutch set ups in the works. The first will be a single disc lower power set up made to match the power of a stock engine build. The second will be a multiple disc set up for built engines. Let me test it before I tell everyone what I'm using as I want to make sure it works before I endorse and offer it.

As I posted the car has the stock clutch and it totally failed at 12 psi with the new exhaust so I could not compare it at that psi. I had to lower it to almost base boost.
