Plasti Dip? (Dallas area)

New to Dallas and not sure how big plasti dip is down here but it's getting huge in MN and tons of cars of all makes and models are doing my question is would it be worth renting out a commercial garage to set up a small dip business? There are other authorized installers by in surrounding city's like Houston and San Antonio but nothing in Dallas that I know of at least...all feedback appreciated. What does everyone think?
