Sorry, but no. I have been trying to get a solid measurement for the Disa for the 323/328, which is the same one your car uses, I assume. But no luck so far. If anyone has an old one they would like to send to me, I will pay for shipping. I can even return it, once I measure it.
If anyone can point me to a reputable source for the dimension of that Disa, I would appreciate that as well.
Once I have that info, I will be glad to stock these as well.

BTW - the shipping/PayPal fees are $.50 per O-Ring for everyone with a US address/Zip code. They are $1.50 for international.

BMW Guys,
This is Matthews wife Wendy. Matthew has been in the hospital for several weeks now. He is not allowed to have his cell or his iPad because of the risk of infection. If it can't be sterilized, he can't touch it. He asked me to come on here and post a message for everyone who has ordered a part and let you know why he has not answered your messages or sent your parts. He will be glad to take care of the orders when he gets home or he can send out refunds if you can't wait. He has asked me to send out orders to people who have already paid but I am not sure if I can find the time to do that. He feels bad about not sending the parts to the people who paid. I'm sure you all will understand.

These are the same O-Rings that G.A.S. (German Auto Solutions) is selling for $11.95 each. They are equal to the third one listed in the link below:
http://germanautosolutions.com/bmw_s...sa_o_rings.php

The Flurosilicone O-Rings are a Military/Aerospace grade material. They are more resistant to compression setting, oil and gas resistant, and have a temperature range from -100 to +350 degrees F.

Mine are available for just $6.00 each, if you send me a self addressed, stamped envelope, or $6.50 if you really want to use PayPal.

If you are looking for a less expensive solution, then I also have regular silicone O-Rings, which function perfectly well in a DISA application, for $2.00 here:
http://forum.E46Fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=977722

There has been plenty of discussion about DISA failures on the forum, as well as a lot of advice to pull a high milage DISA for inspection. Once it has been pulled, it is recommended that you install an O-Ring to ensure the DISA seals properly, since the original seal is prone to leak after removal.
It is also well known that a bad DISA seal can lead to vacuum leaks that cause all manner of problems and "Service Engine Soon" lights. If you are replacing vacuum lines for maintenance, or just trying to diagnose a mystery vacuum leak, then replacing this O-Ring is recommended.

To prevent this from becoming a thread about diagnosing vacuum leaks, and their associated codes, I would highly recommend that you view forum member jfoj's thread below, for the most comprehensive list of various items that you should check and/or replace, including the DISA O-Ring, to cure vacuum related issues and codes:
http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthr...616&highlight=

Please note that these are for the M54B25 and M54B30 DISA valves only. This means it is only applies to the 325 and 330 models.

If you are looking for DISA O-Rings for a 323 or 328, please post something below. If there is enough interest, I can purchase a batch of them to sell as well.

PM me for details on how to purchase, either via the direct mailing method, or via PayPal payment.
I will not respond to requests to send you a PM in the comments below. Thanks!
I am from Australia, what is the postage cost? Also, can you tell me what is the size of this O-ring please?
Is the internal diameter 2.0/2.1/2.2 inches?
Is the O-ring thickness 3.1/3.3/3.5/?? mm?

Thanks for relaying the message. I'm sure most of us will wait.
