By the way people who use this forum the correct way would appreciate the update on whether a site does shady business or not, and that was the point of my posts. Again too much free time at hand has you snooping around looking at my carbon fiber "ghetto" car. It wasn't to update any wheels, or say I might refuse the package, only to try and be a productive member of the forum instead of wasting time "messing" with others!

So today I looked over the wheels, and I noticed a few minor imperfections. I contacted Melissa at allfactorywheels and she was very helpful. She asked that I submit images. She then said they would give a full refund and pay for shipment. I asked if instead I could receive partial payment back, she accepted the $200 I'd asked for! Very good business after all!

Thanks for posting this. I'll most likely be making a purchase with them in the future based on your review of their customer service, which sounds excellent.

I'm glad I could help out. They turned out to be a really good source for remanufactured OEM wheels.

Thanks for writing this review, I'm planning to order a set of wheels from them as well.

hey OP, how are your wheels? any issues with the finish? were they straight and true when you mounted them? I've been checking out allfactorywheels for a set of wheels too.

They were straight and true. They had a few very minor blemishes around the lip where the under side met the outer finish and they actually honored giving me about 100-200 dollars or so back. It was something that actually wasn't noticeable once the tires were mounted, and didn't really warrant that much of a refund necessarily.
