Thumbs Up Rico's POTENT HPF STAGE 2 6766 UPGRADE w/OPEN DUMP and MORE...

Rico's is Upgrading his HPF Stage 2 M3 and we're turning his car into a more potent street monster with 6766 POWER and an OPEN wastegate dump tube. He's also getting in on the HPF Oil Cooler Group Buy and the upgraded HPF Intake Tank Fuel Pump. His dyno graphs were a bit low but the compression and leakdown came in solid so the new numbers will be impressive. His car hadn't been driven in a long time so the fuel in his tank may have deteriorated a bit. We will have new numbers very shortly. We're getting quite a bit more power with the 6766 on all Stage 1, 2 and 2.5 M3's and the Open Dump option adds another 10-15rwhp as well. We will post up his results shortly.

Chris.

Looking forward to the results. And I agree with Kenton, it's there, might as well build the motor!

Damn you Kenton! You know I want this but I don't see it happening by 20 August when i get off that plane

Some of you guys know my situation, My wife will if I dropped that kind of money right away let alone any more this year but lets see if King Chris really can make me an offer I can't refuse

and i thought a current HPF Stage 2 w/ the Pt 6766+open dump was pretty close to the early stage 2.5 on the old pt67 ?

What Greg said...Honey because of the bad fuel one cylinder gave a bad leakdown reading and it won't be under warranty unless I get the built engine which HPF has offered me a great deal since I am in this situation and also because I fight for our country.

Key words...warranty, reliability, saving thousands and "I love you". Flowers recommended and a nice romantic dinner is required.

Also you really can't compare a built engine to a non-built one...different on all counts.

Running fine...YES! But look at the dyno sheet compared to the other stage 2's. You see low compression equals low power.

... and to support Mike, get a new: interior; set of wheels (hint: Volks or Fikse); remove those FUGLY decals, and tail lights; level your muffler

James, I am Not trippin.

No excuses. if my car will not be home by 24 August, its not getting anything more than whats already been done but...I can probably Borrow jesse HPF M3 ;-) j/k

nah, in all seriousness guys, i wish i could but i can not afford it right now.

I am tired of working away from my family, in constant danger, to provide my wife and kids the life i dreamed of or watched on TV

ALL great Things come to those who wait!

it took me 4 YEARS to get into a Used HPF stage 2 and still got screwed in that Deal or my car would nOT BE in the shape its in Today. i put like 3k miles on my car per year the last 5 years.

$10k on a built mOTOR would mean i have to stay another 3 months out here pressing my Luck. no way!

Afghanistan & Iraq!

not the people but the War itself.

sorry this is a sensitive subject and this is not the place for such a Topic.

no offense to anyone

Gotta talk some smack! If you want, I can see if I can ride along with you to help you get into the groove.

Yeah, I would not go back to the war zone for a built motor. Built motors are temporary...families are forever.
