apex arc-8 all day long. with our higher offsets we can't really run wheels with fat lips :-/
These are super lightwheel, sexy and reasonably priced.

Check out Beyern wheels. They fit without hub centric rings with the proper offset. The factory center caps move over. Quality and not crazy dollars. What could be better?

Edit: oops, you already found 'em. I got mine through Discount Tires locally that matched their web pricing. Love 'em.

What would be the proper offset for my 01 325xi sedan?
From what I found is 35-40 correct?

Check out the aggressive wheel thread, maybe you can find something you're looking for. Do you have any plans to lower the car?

Apex wheels are great. and look awesome with the rights specs and concavity.

but if you want to find something unique, look on stanceworks or other forums. and search all the craigslists within 100 miles of you. You'd be surprised at the things you find.

Beyern

Ended up getting Beyern Mesh 18x8.5 ET40 Wheels
I like how it looks, I do plan on upgrading suspension because it is well overdue. Debating on struts/shocks/springs or coilovers.

Here are some pics, I know car is filthy and I need to fix some rust (happening soon). I got some plans in the making...

She looks good. I only like black wheels when the rim is polished, otherwise they disappear.

Now, about those center caps, bye-bye ... stuff in a BMW set!

LOL I might later on, not driving her right now anyway.

So I need to get a new suspension system.
-Daily driver
-Looking to drop it some
-Never going to track or anything
-Don't wanna lose too much comfort
-Got a truck now so I don't think i'm going to be driving her in the winter too much.

Anybody have suggestions? Struts/Shocks/Springs or Coilovers...Thanks

This is going to sound snobby but I RARELY see inexpensive wheels with lips that I like. For whatever reason, they almost always look cheapo.

I'd suggest contacting DPE and seeing if they have any refinished or exchanged wheels in the size you're looking for. I got mine dirt cheap as they had been purchased and returned as the owner ended up deciding he wanted to move up to 20's after a few months on the 19s.

Its cool. I'm happy with the 18s. I don't want to go any bigger plus our roads aint all that great in NY state and I like driving a little aggressive.
