your BMR = calories required to live while in a coma

at a calorie restriction of this, your body would eat itself away (this is how you lose weight in the first place). fat, muscle, tissue whatever. energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it has to come from somewhere. The only source on a calorie restrictive diet is the body itself.

you would be less than functional, you'd be deceased after x amount of time.

I am back from vacation. I ate too much. Drank too much beer and didn't exercise except walking through the parks. It was great but this morning the scale was 6 pounds heavier than when I left. Back to the grind already today though. Got a good run in before church.

When you try getting the girls...That and abs is all the care about.

However, I agree. Really don't do any bicep work except secondary stuff from all my back exercises.

The older I get the more I see girls interested in legs and chest hair.

Exactly right. Young girls are attracted to abs no matter what the dude weighs. I'd much rather weight 180 like I do today with no visible abs then weight 150 and be ripped. To me 150lbs is not a man unless you're 5'6".

Couldn't agree more. My abs are rock hard, I work them all the time, but they're protected by a few pounds of cheeseburgers.

You and your chest hair pride...

Do you shampoo and condition it every day too? Get it permed?

I hardly even have any lol. It's there but if you saw me from a distance you'd probably not even notice.
