Fluids?

Well I want to change the fluids in my xi. It is a 2001 330xi I want to change the transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, front and rear differential fluid. My question is what fluid does it take? I don't have an owners manual or and type of manual for the car.
Thanks in advance

F/R Differential: 75w90 full synthetic gear oil. 3 quarts should fill up both.
Transfer Case: Manual transmission fluid (Redline MT-90 is a good one). Capacity is something like 0.3Qts or so.
Auto Trans: D4 ATF (Redline D4 ATF is a good one). Unsure of capacity.
Manual Trans: Manual transmission fluid (Redline MT-90). 3 quarts will fill it up and leave you with enough to change out the TC fluid.

The GM trans takes 7 Liters or 6.5 qts. and the engine takes just under 7qts. Mobil One 0w-40 is a popular choice.

MTL or MT-90? I recommend 50/50 d4/MTL.

Well I think I am going to use ams oil just because I swear by it. I wasn't sure i it called for a special fluid.

I use RL d4 atf for MT, and mtl for the TC.

I'm planning to do my transfer case this afternoon and I've got all three fluids on hand. Probably going to go with the Pentosin MTF.
