Clutch Pedal "weird" Feel

My car has 32,000 miles on it and I've started to notice this issue about 3 weeks ago but seems to be getting worse.

At cold start up, the first time I push in the clutch it's FAR from smooth and feels like creaky but doesn't make any odd sounds. Than after start up and normal daily driving the car drives and shifts normal as of now, but the clutch still isn't smooth as it was prior to 3 weeks ago. But like I said, the worse is the first time I press down in the morning.

Can anyone tell me what this could be? I don't wanna ignore it and let it lead to bigger problems.

Also, everything is stock besides my exhaust. Thanks!

I'm not sure, but you might look at the clutch delay valve that BMW (for whatever unknown reason) has fitted to all e46 models.

Is it a very "stiff" press, the first time you press it.
Like as if you were pushing a shock absorber feeling?

Because that what I get once in a while, during a cold start.

EDIT: After Searching Around. It could be an issue with the seals. So Possibly Air is getting in, and which is possibly why it would feel like so during the first press. and After you drive around, pressing the clutch has gotten any air out.
