Cruise control light flashes sporadically (Video)

What up guys, so today while driving to get some lunch my cruise control light that indicates when the cruise control is engaged started flashing red sporadically.

It did this before along with the coolant light flashing the same when I purchased the car late September and the weather was at about the same as today mid 50's. I mention the weather because I have a strange feeling it has to do with it. I tackled the coolant issue first as it was my first BMW and I followed mangos thread to replace the entire cooling system(belts, pulleys, etc.) By the time I did the entire cooling system which was failing (cracked tank, WP was leaking, therm was stuck open) it was early october and it got cold and both lights stopped flashing. But today the cruise control light came on, I'm hoping the coolant one doesn't flash as the entire cooling system is about 7 months/ 3.5k miles old.

The video is below for those that might have ideas to what's going on. Thanks in advanced.

Edit: cruise control still works 100%

That's pretty messed up. Good luck with finding a fix.

I just mean the electrical connector. Sometimes the prongs aren't touching that well. My CC wouldn't work at all and when I cleaned up the connectors it worked fine. Just a thought. You can clean the MAF too if you want. I doubt it'll do much for your light.
