I wish I started at that age. Instead I waited another 18 years lol.

You should hit 450-500 no problem in a few years imo.

I WAS, I Forgot to update my avatar I moved to tampa very recently. However, Ill be going back and forth and may move back. Ill be there early July and am debating going back to school (FIU)....

Either way, I'm not far. Always down to go around the state to do some fun things.

Good job and nice depth!

Saw your 375 squat vid and didn't seem that hard for you so it did looked like you could get 4 plates back then.

Surprised you didn't throw on a 5 or 10 afterwards.

Thank you. And yea I had more in the tank, but some reasons....
- I got deep tissue massage due to knee/quad pain and have been feeling strain in my quad tendons, so although its getting immediately better, its not perfect.
- I have to try to PR monday on deeds
- 405 was a mental limit I set for myself for the longest time. Breaking it successfully kinda mentally drained me

Nice lift. Good speed out of the hole. One thing to work on would be learning to use more rebound out of the hole.
