E46 aluminium rims bolts

I am the proud new owner of a E46 320i that came with 15 inch aluminium rims with winter tires and 16 inch aluminium rims with summer tires that are incredibly old - 2001 year of production.
The car still has the winter tires on, because the weather's been really bad lately.

Now I need to buy new tires and fit them to the 16 inch rims, but from the previous owner I didn't get an extra set of bolts.

My questions would be :
1. Will the bolts fit perfectly on both types of rims?
2. What type of tires would you guys recommend? I was thinking about the 205 55 R16 - Michelin Energy Saver +, they seem like a good all around tire

My Ride: so turbo wow
As long as they're both conical seat bolt holes, the bolts will work.

If the 16"s are a BMW rims, the bolts must fit.
In your area all-wheather tires sind gut.

Yes, both types are original BMW rims.
